Shipping Policy Update

We are increasingly having delivery problems with book orders over 2kg (more than one book) which can only be sent by courier. Couriers tend to insist on a phone number and will only deliver to a real street address. We have therefore revised our shipping policy and settings so that phone numbers are now mandatory for all orders and will no longer accept PO/Locker Numbers for larger orders.
